Question what axles to use?

ive got 91 civic 4 door (LX) with a b16a1 in it. have 90-91 integra ls/gs axles in it. WHen u tighten up the spindle nuts all the way the axles wont turn....they bind on the back of the brake hub.

Are these the wrong axles?
Do i need to grind down the back of the hub slightly?
Or do i need to swap the hubs out?

if i dont tighten the axle nuts all the way they spin freely.
if it matters at all my hubs are 26 or 27 spline. there not the 23 spline crx/STD model hubs

some please help

bump that i had a busted boot so i went to change my axle, i got one for a 93 integra and it was too long, so i returned it and got one for a 90 integra and looked and fits good, so try another of that year.

Do you have the B16a, from the Integra xsi?....or the civic sir??
they have 2 diffrent intermediate shafts, and you really want the SIR intermediate shaft, you should be able to use 90 integ LS axles on it.....
