i was wondering the process of getting a regular title for a car who already has a certiricate of distruction. is there a way? i want to but a car from a junk yard and try to make it into a daily driver. there are two civic hatches, same year and all, but one has left side damage and the other has right side damage. i think that i can buy em both for pretty cheap and rebuild em. let me know, and thanks for the help.

The titles must be labeled Rebuildable NOT parts only.
If they are rebuildable you have to contact your local dmv and speak to some one about the requirements to rebuild a rebuildable title.

It requires pics/reciepts etc.
