does anyone know how to change valve guides and seals????????? ive never done it and need some help

When I had them put in my head I had to go to a machine shop and get them pressed in

Valve guides are not fun....
Take your head to a machine shop to have guides pressed in.
I recommend clearwater cylinder head.

I agree with mtber. clearwater cylinder head is pretty good for parts like that.
