Default integra auto to manual

I resently converted a 95 integra ls engine that was originally an auto to a manual for my swap b/c my civic is a manual. But the computer is saying that there is something wrong with Vehicle speed sensor. But there are 3 plugs that originally hooked up to the auto, but you can only hook up one on the manual. So i was wondering if i need to splice one of the other auto plugs into the one that fits the vehicle speed sensor or should i just replace it or what?

I take it you are running your civics conversion harness with your ls swap ?

The plug from your sohc harness does not plug into your dohc ls vehicle speed sensor ?
