What year is your civic ?
Is the p2t ecu from the 99-00 ?

1st, check if your getting fuel (listen for fuel pump)
make sure the "green plug" is plugged in near your ecu, this is a common mistake people leave these plugs unplugged causing issues..

Are you getting a CEL or MIl (check engine light) when you turn the ignition on double click ?

If so, check your codes & post them back.

1st eliminate the codes.
Use http://www.hondaswap.com/forums/inde...howtopic=29806

It might be something as simple as having your map & tps plugs swaped w/ eachother.

Ive been helping him with this for a while and trying to get time to go look at it, he got ripped on a swap it is a Mixed OBD system someone swapped parts on the engine and nothing matches hopefully he did what i said and got the right parts. Its an OBDI engine, with OBD I dizzy and OBDII intake mannifold with the OBDII Si wireing harness. He tried splicing shit and it still wouldnt start. when me and nate get some time we were gonna run out there and try and get it started.
