Default Should I?

when replacing my clutch on the b16, get brand new Pressure plate bolts? they are only tightened to i think like 19-21 ft lbs, but just wondering if its ok to reuse them

If i were you I would, Ive done a clutch on a b16 and reused them, worked fine. Are you suppose to replace them? I dont see why not.

well i was thinking its a 91 motor, and the bolts look fine, but i think im going to replace anyway just to be safe....the only ones i know your suppose to replace everytime you do work on it, is the main bearing cap and head bolt holes, because of the torque put on them they are only good for 1 time

those things are expensive. If they don't get screwed up taking them off then reuse them.
