and as for fitting an EF im sure if it works on an eg it can be made to work on an ef.

i actually made something similar to this about 5 years ago on my gsr/crx, i used an adjustable camber kit piece, and welded some brackets and made it fit to the back of my intake manifold

 

I went to that site, man they have a whole bunch of ish i thought i never see. Like that Buddy Club r134 treatment. Basically, its an additive for your a/c.

 

does it work with a/c, p/s and cc?

would these be better than inserts

 

that will not take the place of a broken mount. inserts will work better but add a little extra vibration to the car.

 

I had Energy Suspension Inserts and I couldn't stand the vibration at a stop light with the AC on. I removed them the next day.
