why when i try to set up my NE points for fuel adjustment i cant set them up likei did my old safc??

i use to use

1000
2000
3000
4000
5000
6000
7000
8000

nowi have to use something like

1000
2200
3900
4900
5500
6100
and so on................... how come i can just run them in sequential rpms thousanths??????

 

i guess im retarded or this question is??

 

i dont know either vapor, i figured soone like you would know. i tried to set it up, in consecutive 1000 rpm increments like my safc was and it just wont let me do it, its weird. i dont understand it.. i just want to go from 1000-8000 .

 

do u have the old 1 or the new 1

 

just the normal VAFC, not the II

 

the NE points still stay the same, but when i go into low or high throttle its the adjustability from rom to rpm that gives me a problem

 

mike just go in and under etc. you will find initialize hit yes then turn the key off.this will reset the unit and your ne points will be at 1000,2000 3000 and so on.but you have reset all your setting
