yup, here i am, just waiting for a post about jrsc or cams...


i ran 10.5 with jrsc at 8psi, and my exact setup was duplicated and run in another car. the nightmare tuning came in the form of an early hondata and tuning past 7k...
but it ran great. if you are 10.5 or lower its fine, but you won't see the numbers of a turbo.

need to know what your comp is... and there is a jrsc kit for b18c5, stocks 4.5 psi, much higher than that and you'll need some timing retard. but on a gsr or si the m62 is great.

 

what do you think a gsr with a JR supercharger run?

 

depends on the pulley u have on the charger if its the stock 4.5 its not gonna do much of anything

the stock boost for a gsr is 6 psi i believe, same for ls, for crv i think its 5.5 and for type r i believe its 4.5

but thats all sorts of different nose pulleys, ranging from 4.2 to 3.2 inch... and before anyone asks, the smaller the nose pulley the better.
if you want approx numbers for stock boost, go to jacksonracing.com and check out their charts.
sad to say that my completely stock ls only made like 146whp on stock boost, as compared to the jackson example of 160 with ihe and ignition
