if you go to www.lighningmotorsports.com you'll find what you are looking for. they have all kinds of kits to choose from. great place to buy. when you enter just go to engine parts and go to golden eagle products. they have everything from main girdle kits to ls/vtec conversion oil supply, dowels, cam seals,etc. they even have a vtec conversion kit that comes with arp bolts, headgasket, dowels, you name it. good luck building your ls/vtec.
