Custom exaust?

is there a place near brandon that I can get custom exaust done to the ol 91 hatch? i need the cat converter also. i dont know how to weld.

i have the 1.5L Stock cat , but its been cut/rewelded about 3-4 times, and is all rusted, I could use that if i got it hollowed out right?, and cophers on causeway, LOL, good luck finding anything but a shell in there, 3 diffrent crx's, nothing in them at all.
