For those of you who know, I believe all through 96-00 the civic dx and cx hatchback had the vertical intake manifold and throttle body. i was wondering if there is a possibility that i can get rid of that restrictive little thing, for a real manifold. I made a cold air for it, but the throttle body and manifold suck. I havent seen any companies that make replacements, but if anyone knows what im goin through...give me some suggestions.

you can get a96 ex intake or a 92-95 Si EX
Bolts up ,but may need 2 do a little wiring & get the ECU or not ?

 

change the ecu and i think 1 or 2 wires and u would be straight

 

would a d16y8 fit??
