thats all you need to pull out of the block, the vtec head is already equiped with one so you wont need this one. -Ben

First i had a jdm vti head on and that leaked real bad so I then put my d16z6 head on and it still leaks but not as bad. I am using my d16z6 dizzy "bought it new" thougt that was the problem but i was wrong $180 down the drain. The JDM head felt like it had alot more power then the d16z6 head. I dont have the over heating problem people say they get it seems to run cooler. So far I put 400 miles on it and runs real good. It lacks power when i shift it to second but i still need to tune it. If can't fix the leak im just gonna look for a d16z6 block.

Im not really sure I really dont know that much about the setup on nitrous and what can handle it. BUt Probly might want to upgrade your pistons if ya did that but dont take my word on it.

The power increase is pretty incredible, my crx started as a Dx bone stock, i did the mini me, and the multi point swap and i felt like god. one of the best things about the swaps is you get alot of learning experience in swapping a head, and doing all that fun wiring for multi point. good luck. -Ben
