Currently my exhaust is only 60mm because the setup was designed for N/A and nitrous. I am now moving to a turbo setup and looking for 300-350whp and maybe room to grow. Cody at Lovefab told me that to retain A/C he could make a downpipe that flairs from 2.5" to 3". I explained that my exhaust was only 60mm and he said I would be fine with 2.5" all the way at those kind of power levels. It sounds a little too small to me. My problem is that no exhaust shop around will weld a 3" in place for me because the car doesn't have a cat. What are my options?

 

Then now my problem is how am I going to get the 3" piping on there? No exhaust shop will do it since it has no cat.

I'm getting the manifold done by Lovefab. He can do a 2.5" into 3" flair and maintain A/C. I am located in New Tampa area off of Bruce B Downs. This would not be done until May/June though. I am still N/A and won't have the turbo setup completely ready until then.
