If you purchase S200 with the rom editor, you can tune your vehicle yourself. Otherwise, you can get a base map, from whomever you purchase the s200 from, with a base program for your specific injectors that should work for you to make it for a short while, before you do further tuning. Just stay out of boost to be "safe". I would recommend not boosting at all.

You can take the wastegate spring out and stay off the throttle so you can stay in vacuum.

You can drive as far as you like staying out of boost. Boost is throttle dependant. You can stay in vaccum at any rpm you like, just drive with light throttle. No need to take the wg spring out.
