i just did a b16 in a crx and i cant figure out why the hell this thing idles at 3000rpm's it's not the iacv i already change that and the idle air adjustment screw is tight anyone know what it could be

On crx i sucked up a big piece of paper and held my throttel body open. I got lucky and got it out before it got sucked in the engine. That made my car rev like at four.
