integra head swap

I'm gonna make this simple. Since hopefully, can't stress that enough, most of you live in tampa, does anyone know a good place I can go to to get a good estimate on pricing for a head swap? My car is an 96 Acura Integra LS, and I want to put a vtec head on it, but I know very little about cars, as of right now. So...any information provided will be helpful, thank you.

There are tons of web sites that show you how to do it yourself. Google it, save some cash.

just buy a vtec motor and sell yours so you wont have problems

I have this setup in my car(Lsvtec) I can do this head swap
But it will need some minor machine work on the head,If
you want me to do it Pm me......or I can tell you how .....

crt does not exist anymore.

Concerning an lsvtec, you can't just slap a vtec head onto an ls motor & expect power.

Here is an overpriced idea of what you would need to make decent power:

I slaped a vtec head on a b18a1 & gained 40whp with all stock bottum end and thats w/ a b16 head (low compresstion)
its anybodys call.......I say find a head & go from there.......my 2cents
