They are all correct. you have to note JDM VS USDM had subtle variations that i didnt list for instance the Second GSR Type R cast is foundon the B18C3 and B18C4 which are the 4dr gsr and Euorpean GSR. The B16 is the most versitle basicly a run of the mill type r head cast. These are just some of the more popular casts, i know i left alot out.

yes ill bed to differ, the b17 head you listed as a pr4, in actuality its the same castings as pr3's or b16"s. I dont believe they ever used p73's for gsr's, p73's are pr3 castings with factory bowl and port work, reserved for the "r "series engines.

92-95 japan variations are better quality and slightly different castings than the US versions and have superior flow. B16 is the only head cast PR3. (thats what it says) But it could be a huge typo ? B17 and B16 Blocks arethe sme cast but the heads are very different for eg.Teh B16 head intake valves seats are at a different angle to teh B17 45deg VS 60deg. The intake valves are also different, being lighter and having a thinner valve stem.
I see what your saying i dont get how the B20 uses the same head cast B20 not being VTEC head ? Unless that cast number had changed heads it designates. they have extended cast numbers by date its the 4 numbers to the right of the cast number these can denote minor- major design changes. Ill research it somemore.
Vito have any input on this ?
I honestly cant answer that but ive seen it labeled this way 3 times so far in my search. The only 90-93 B20 i see is in the Prelude 2.0Si which is a DOHC engine. it says LS B20 i havnt found a LS B20 so far and if its a vtec head. teh B17 cast ive found is P61 and PR4. This is a more popular current list. They are so many older variations and cast numbers who knows if its right i cant find any thing that states it either way. If you can find something to justify it by all means let us know, ill be more than happy to fix the chart. Between EDM,JDM,USDM it could be from one of these other markets.
i have it in front of me right now, it says pr3...The b17 is only usdm,
92-93 gsr engines, they are very rare. maybe about 2000 made total, but they are exactly the same as the second gen b16 heads, with diffrent cams.
pr4's are b18a/early b18b heads,;later ones are p75
this is from what ive seen, not a chart, you cant always believe those charts
now for the prelude head, that ill have to go check out.
