Default head gasket

how do you know if you have a blown head gasket????????? my car is blowing WHITE smoke and when i give it alot of gas a lot of WHITE smoke comes out anyone know of this problem thanks

Its water from your radiator getting into your oil.....if you check you dip stick and you see white....its water...friend had same problem and he had to pull motor and tear it apart and clean it from block to top of head and of course replace head gasket.

Compression test and see if your oil is milky.

look in your radiator also, check your coolant level and see if theres any beaded up oil in there. a leakdown test would probably be your best bet tho

You get a compression tester from an auto parts store and use it. You can take it somewhere and have it done as well, you may as well just do that as i don't think you will be doing the work yourself anyway. If your oil is ok then it's probably not be your headgasket, see if you have any blow by.

well i am doing the work as i have always done,but i have never dealt with a head gasket problem. i just bought this car and have fixed most of the problems etc cause if its a head gasket im just going to send it out to cch and do a mini me swap but thank for your help and your b.s. remarks VITO<<<<<<<<<hahahahaha

if your car over heats & loses coolant & blows smoke it will be the gasket,if you dont want to fix it ILL do it very Cheap & perfect!.....
