Get a 3" downpipe and exhaust all the way back, get the test pipe instead of a high flow cat.
Edit: Misread something.

fisrt off listen to Vito, 3" dp and 3" exhaust with a test pipe for sure! If you are going to upgrade your fuel do it all, not a fuel rail OR injectors. you need both of those, if anything get the injectors though. other than that it looks to me like you still have some research to do on manifolds and what not, Keep researching and dont buy crap parts! thats the best suggestion i have! good luck

These are my suggestions. 280WHP - 300WHP on a stock bottom end is a good goal.
* Inline Pro or LoveFab log exhaust manifold
* Precision SC34 turbocharger
* TiAL 38mm wastegate
* TiAL blowoff valve
* Precision AS 1025 intercooler
* 2.5" downpipe to 3.0" test pipe to Apexi N1
* GEM blockguard
* ARP head studs
* Hondata s100
* Precision 525cc injectors
* NGK spark plugs
That's all I recommend doing. That setup will make 300WHP.

you dont seem to kno wtf you are talking about, and prolly just listed a bunch of parts you saw in your superstreet magazine. Do not turbo your car. Research first, and dont fall into false hype like precision turbochargers.
High pressure fuel line + missinglink + hondata + 440cc injectors + 2 Bar Map Sensor + MF2 ERL 3D Map Injector Controller?
Why are you going to put a 2bar map sensor on, just to block off the boost with the missing link, rendering hondata useless and relying on a gay MF2 to control your fuel. You dont need high pressure fuel line or an aem fuel rail.
All you need to achieve your goals is:
-T3/T4 (dont waste your money on that overpriced precision) or a large T3.
-GM 3Bar Map sensor
-Hondata or uberdata
-tial or deltagate wastegate
-any bov
- any front mount intercooler
-any manifold
-3" turboback
-550cc injectors
-tuning
If you dont fall for the hype you can save alot of money. I built my kit for $600 and I should be able to hit 300hp with a 3bar and larger injectors.

Hype? No. A little bit of a bandwagon? Yes but that's not to say they don't make a good product. For $650.00 Precision turbochargers are the best money can buy. Quite a few members on this board have Precision turbochargers and are very happy with them.

Also, Hondata isnt just a fuel managment system, it's an entire engine management system, also, ditch the MSd crap, you wont need any of it.
a 3" downpipe may not allow you to keep your AC.
Don't need the block guard if your sleeving the motor either, i wouldn't use one anyway.
Or the AEM fuel rail.

thanks guys the reason i posted my list was to makes ure i was on the right track. i looked at parts for prebuilt kits and then i slowly researched the parts picking and adding what all i needed.

You have a decent setup going but like some other people have pointed out some of the things you won't need and others you just don't want to put on. If I was you I would go with the hondata, 440cc injectors or better, cut out the missing link because that just blocks your computer from seeing boost and you want hondata to see the boost. I believe the hondata you want is the S200B. Just keep researching and talking to people who know a lot about turbo applications. It will help out a lot I promise...
