Question All Motor B18 cams

I am considering building my Teg into a more able all motor contender. I already know that I have to have the head ported and cleaned a little. I also know that I am going to have to get a new valvetrain for more RPM's. My question is which company makes the best all motor Honda cams? I was thinking about the Skunk2 Stage 2's or the Toda Bspec (I think that's right).
I am also thinking about running 12:1 pistons in it. Will that be streetable, or more track only with no bottom end power? I am going to get Hondata and tune the car just after the build.
One more question...where in the area can I get M&H slicks?

I already have Type R cams in the head, I was looking for a little more power. These are my motor mods as of today:
Skunk2 Intake manifold
Type R cams
11:1 pistons
DC 4-2-1 Header Factory ECU

So I could go with a Toda valvetrain and Spec B cams. Any good porting shops in the area?
