??99 si lip on my 96 ex>??

does anyone know if it will fit???i found a black
lip to match my car for a good price....does anyone know
for sure that it will fit???

NO it doesnt fit... BUT you CAN MAKE it fit... i have done this before... it sucks, and is RIGGED but it does look nice... have fun...
