The point of a moderator is to stop it before it gets to a point of needing to have posts like this or reporting multiple posts to the moderator of the forum. I think if people would grow up and act like civilized adults that this forum would be alot more useful. Do not get me wrong, i still get alot of good information off of here, but it couldbe alot better.

I don't venture in here to often but I will say that while it is primarily the Moderators jobs to police their forum some responsibility should fall on the shoulders of the users.
It's already been admitted that there needs to be more Moderators in here and there is currently a thread devoted to picking someone. But if the other users don't put up with the questionable behavior and don't feed into it it would help. If someone is getting out of line tell them that instead of flaming them or doing something else to bring you down to their level. Also, to both members and Moderators, if there is someone who needs to be looked at closely for their actions PM myself, Aharon, Zate or John (Vapor) and let us know. Communication is a great asset.

I was not knocking the way it works. I am saying with the level of maturity on this site it will always take alot of policing the threads to curb it. Please do not think I was knocking any moderators or admins.
