from what i have seen it makes pretty good gains, along with other mods

well im just gunna have i/h/e, would it be practical, or should i spend my money else where, i dont have enuf for a cam setup

Oh yeah, especially since its a gsr...
I almost refuse to do this while the head or motor is in the car :-/
Its just not fun, especially with the IM support bracket.

took me like 7 hours to get it all off. i wasn't happy about it. if you're going to take the motor out recently you should really wait til then to do the job

if you plan on doing some mods in the furture i would say to get it. you will thank yourself in the long run.

well being a friend of onereving7 i dont think he is pulling that motor anytime in the near future is it really that hard to get the manifold off is it sumthing he can do byhimself in a day

yeah, it's not too hard to do. Just that some of the mount bolts are real hard to get to because of the placement of the lower runners on the factory intake. It he starts in the AM it shoudn't be too hard. Just beware and try to have a selection of tools with a good reach...i think that the bolts are about a 10mm
