ok i read the hondata post and couple others. i just want to know if anyone eva had any problems after installing hondata or aem ems and after having it tuned. what are the chances of a tuned car blowing a motor.

 

depends on the tuner and the person who owns/drives the car...

 

Hondata won't cause your car to blow up, like Slash said, it's the tuner and the operator of the vehicle.

It's more about maintenance and not overboosting than actually driving the car.

 

Well that's with any car, not JUST something turbocharged.

Well no not really, 8 PSI would depend on the turbo, if you're boosting more than you should then it won't make the trip. Basically if you do an oil change before going and you don't drive like a fucking idiot, revving the shit out of it and what not, it will be fine.

 

oh i think i get it if i drive like normal with a turbo i should be fine. so constant revving is bad for my little turbo friend i see. just let it boost gradually and not force the boost tomuch on a regular basicis
