Default stripped bolt in rear, how to replace

I know everyone has done this at sometime but most people dont replace it. My friend didnt tighten the lug correctly and it stripped the bolt completely. How much of a task is it to replace it. gsr rear.

if it's not welded you should be able to get it lose with a mini sledge, ((take the hub off the car first))

did you try and rethread it? And use another lug with the same thread pitch? Sometimes if its not that bad that will fix it.
