Default What Is The Best Air Intake System?

I'm currently running a full ram ractive air intake on my 99 Teg. but I'm considering a change. I want to run a Complete K&N Air System now but I'm not sure what its going to do for my performance (hp and gas mil.) If you guys could fill me in with some specs and what you might be running yourselves.

i was wondering if u replaced the stock air filter with a short ram and left the resonator box in wouldnt that work better. wouldnt it be like a cold air short ram. cause the resonator bos has a hole that brings air to the filter and if u take the top off the short ram would get more air idk what u guys think

I love the old school Iceman Intakes.
They are K&N filters with a big diameter poly plastic tube, Very paintable, stay cool in the engine bay kuz it's not metal, and very easy to clean.
Also the sound that comes out of them is twice as deep as a AEM and has a sweet vacuum sound at idle.
I'm on my second one now in the Teg.
I have an AEM on my Si...but don't like it at all, gonna switch over to an Iceman after the holidays.

Good luck on your hunt.

as far as dyno figures go AEM is #1 and the new AEM V2 is even better, but pricey.
