my car bogs down help

Default my car bogs down help

i have a b18a1 in a 89 hatch and its had this problem since i got the car i have dona a complete tune up on it and fuel filter, when i floor it it bogges down for about a second or two then it takes off at any speed it does it to, aslo my tach jumped around so i got some advice to check connections on the distributer so i did i wiggled the wires a little wich fixed the tach but it still bogs down does anyone have any solutions?

IT may BE the distrubutor or the igniter,Also check to see if the check
engine light is on ,IF it is then count the codes on the ECU,maybe
a map sensor problem PM me or call if U need help..........

engine light does come on how do i check the codes where would i take it

look under the passenger floor board lift the carpet up & the
ECU Is there

JUST look under the floor board Where thECU iS...
