H series are a DOHC (dual overhead cam) *don't know the liter*. The most popular is the H22A JDM from the 92-95 Prelude.

b series are from 1.6 to 2.0 liters. the number after the letter engine code indicates the displacement (example: b16 is 1.6 liters, b20 is 2.0 liters).

also, h series are 2.2-2.3 liters. h22=2.2 liters, h23=2.3 liters

honda and nissan designate diplacement in the engine code (sr20=2.0 liters, rb26=2.6 liters, etc.)

Look, we aren't wrong at all, it WON'T work, the engine you asked about is the ZC, which is the only D series twin cam, not many know of it as the D16A1.

Actually I didn't forget, I just didn't want to mention it because I am not familiar with the block code, except that is a D series. I am using those pistons in my SOHC set up to higher the compression even more on my mini-me swap.

The ZC motor is also a good motor for boost. The ZC motor will not fit the B16 head because you still have a D series bottom end.

You asked a tech question, tech information was given. You added to it and i will be saying thank you, instead of telling you that you know nothing or that you are wrong.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

They are cast differently and the headbolts do not match up so it can't be bolted on...The oilpassages and water passages are off too, I believe...

Thats why...Only b-blocks work with b-heads...
