i think it will,because i ran a obd-1 ls dizzy on my obd-1 gsr.

If the dizzy plugs match & you can rig it to fit on the cylinder head, you should be able to make it fire properly.
(You have to cut the dam dizzy's mounting point to make it line up... Its not worh it...

you could use the ls distributer just wont work properly unless u switch the internals with a vtec distributer. if u dont know how i would not recommend trying it yourself good luck
