Default Fastest engine mod for 01 accord??

Hey guys

Newbie to the forum have been lurking for sometime now and wanted to upgrade my accord now that I finally got it back from the shop.

What would be the faster, best engine mod to get for the 01 accord. I have the 2 dr coupe, 4cyl, type. Manual trans.

Any help please let me know.

Thanks

keep up the great advice.

What he said^^^. The BEST mod would be forced induction, but that is pricey.

yeah give a price range,

my guess is your going to want to go allmotor, so a nice header, intake, full exh should do you pretty good.

Let's say I have around 4K to spend, I just want to know what engine/motor fits relatively easily into my accord, but I also want the fastest one possible. If it's much more than 4K than I would really have to think about it.

For instance. Can I put an Infinti G35 280HP engine up in my accord? NOW THAT would be some nice added ponies.

OR Without getting too techinical, as I would have to have this mod done by a professional, as I wouldn't want to do it myself, what would be the best thing I could do to add a WHOLE lot of HP to my car? I just don't think that the Prelude mod is worth the cost. I am looking for something about 100HP at least.

Thanks again guys.. Anthing else I need to tell you let me know.

Default Yes I meant the most HP overall

Boost? as in NOS? I want the HP to be there all the time hence the reason for a new, bigger HP engine. I can get most of the engines at cost or near so I guess i should have said that I can probably spend closer to 12K or so after I get someone to install it.

Thanks again

Ryan
