Default oem pistons with eagle rods?

Just a wonder, can you use oem pistons with eagle rods and not have to make any adjustments?

will not work without custom machining. the eagle rod uses a free-floating wristpin and requires c-clips to hold the wristpin in place. stock pistons do not have a groove for a c-clip and this will cause the wristpin to eventually hit the cylinder walls and destroy your motor.

the stock honda rod uses a pressed wristpin and does not require c-clips

PM rain and he can tell you why it isn't a good idea. He ruined his LS/VTEC setup by doing this.

yeah they seems to sound like someone dropped a bunch of hammers down in your motor, i had a friend who did this on accident one time, total motor loss

the wrist pin goes with the piston not the rod... use stock piston with stock wristpin unless aftermarket wristpin diameter is different or something?

only work if you're using h22 rods; not sure what motor you're building.
