Now when i drive down the road my ebrake light comes on outta nowhere and stays on for a couple mins. after i mess with it a little bit then it goes off. Does that sound like a wiring problem, or maybe a warning that its not doing its job?

 

... if it isnt doing its job wouldnt it be on constantly?... or there abouts..?

this is a common onda problem temp gets low and brake light comes on.... clean cap check wires check fluid level stick clean, check connnections on the wires of the reservoir for good grounds and connections
