Well I finally have the money for a set of type R cams but its kinda strange now that my tranny barley goes in to either 3rd or 4th gear so I am once again forced to buy more crap just to keep the car running right, instead of trying to make it more fun to drive. does anyone know where I can get QUALITY used tranny's ??? need a cable B series, not really to picky at this point about what, a cable B16 tranny would be the ticket though, any help would be greatly appriciated.

That's what i was thinking, but that shit gets expensive, with having to buy/do the conversion THEN having to buy the tranny on top of that.

Are you sure your clutch just isn't going bad?

 

my clutch grabs fine but the tranny has been going out for the past 8 months or so, and it only grinds in 3rd and sometimes 4th, I just gotta be really gentle with it, gotta slowly push it in...... kinda like sex for the first time. either way i'll be getting a exedy clutch and act flywheel with the install. don't really wanna buy a tranny from just anyone for the fear of it being a grinding hunk o' metal.
