need help with a b16
there is a easy way & a hard way depending on your tools
the easy way is have someone repair it!
the hard way
ull the head off,get a valve compresser tool (big C clap looking thing) replace all valve seals,put head on,adjust all valves,
(intake-- ..006 exaust--..007),put timing belt ON @ TDC,and your done.......IF U need help PM ME...........

If you have the right tools you can replace them without removing the head so you save over $60 in not having to buy a new head gasket and intake manifold gasket. Since the valve springs have to be removed anyways this is the perfect time to upgrade your valvetrain. I can do this for you if you choose not to do it yourself. Pm or call me at 813 240-0462.
