Default difference between OBDIIa, and OBDIIb??

what are the years that these OBDs offered and what model honda, i dont know the differences and would like to know.

97-99 model year tegs have OBDIIa, 00-01 have OBDIIb.

not much difference at all besides the ecu's don't interchange. I'd think that the obd2b stuff is a little more chocked off by emissions but don't know for sure.
