Default Preview Pics of the Aluminum Internals In our new Setup!!

Here are some pics of the pistons and rods that are going in my new setup. These rods weigh 360 Grams compared 522 gram crowers and 550+ Pauters. The pistons are also lighter than all other brands but i dont know the exact weight. Notice how chunky the rod is and it still is super light. also, notice where the bearing sits in the rod it has a dowel style pin that works to eliminate spun bearings. The bearing must be custom machined for this rod to accept the pin. We expect to see 30-40psi of boost on a t70 GTS trim turbo with these internals. I am not able to disclose the compression ratio but lets just say it very very low. So we will be running A ton of boost. Stay tuned for more pics of the assembled motor later this week. We expect to be up and running by December 1st.

hmm, interesting. Care to release the rod length? Also are the dowels on the bearings there for an expected rod stretch. Looking at those pistons I have an idea of your compression ratio but I won't say it

rod length is stock gsr/type r rod length. no extra stroke at all. the motor is a 1.9L with the bore of the pistons. dowel pins are not there for stretch but to eliminate the chance of a spun bearing. we have already made more than 50 passes in another car with these rods making 840+whp. We pulled them and sent them back to the machine shop and checked them. 100% zero stretch!!
