You do need the brake booster I believe. Yes, it does bolt up, my friend had one in an EF. A little bit of a difference.

On the Civic MC, both brake likes bolt into it on the same side (driver side). On the Integra 1" MC, one line bolts in on the driver side and the other bolts in on the passenger side. If you want to use it, you will need the Integra booster and you will need to either acquire the correct Integra hard line or learn how to cut and flare the line that is already on your car. If you would rather not mess with all that, you can get a Civic EX w/abs or del Sol VTEC w/abs MC. As far as I know, it will bolt up to any other 5th gen civic booster and it uses the OEM civic mounting points (both on the driver side). That MC is 15/16". Nearly as big as the Integra MC. I doubt you will notice the difference. If you are buying it new, it's cheaper too. It is advisable to get the matching Booster. There is a noticeable difference in pedal effort.

FYI on MC sizes to the best of my knowledge:
Civic CX, DX, VX, del Sol S = 13/16th"
Civic Si(92-95), Ex, del Sol Si, VTEC= 7/8"
Civic models w/abs, del Sol VTEC w/abs = 15/16"
Integra (all) = 1"

Don't forget the prop valve. I went with the Si valve since it doesn't have ABS but since you're in an EG you'll probably need the RS prop valve.

Oh, and if you want to save yourself some work, get a 98+ MC. You won't have to reflare your lines to work with the MC and all that is required is some slight bending of the lines. Plus...they're all 1" bores I believe.
