dsm injector install problem..why?

dsm injector install problem..why?
ok i had the dsm injectors installed and the resistor box installed and the injectors were pumping out way too much fuel even with the afc leaning them out.... what would cause the injectors to pump out so much fuel to the point that it would flood the motor?
