Default b16 is boggin out

My ride is runing like shit! Almost every time I start moving from a stop or when I shift in low rpm range my car starts to bog out really bad. It sounds like a machine gun. One of my friends said to get it dyno tuned, but money is tight right now. Any idea of what it could be? I would appreciate anyones help, Thanx.

check codes like crxvtec said
if you're throwing any codes, get rid of them then if you're still having issues get some additional help on this issue.

Bogging can be cause by:
a. fuel issues (too much or not enuff fuel etc)
b. ignition issues (cap/rotor/spark plugs/spark plug wires)
c. map/tps sensor issues

There can be plenty of things wrong with you're setup. If you do not know what you are doing try checking you're codes & if you have no clue, find a friend that has a clue or take you're car to a shop that is well known like CRT racing, Racing Integration, Secret Services etc.

Good Luck.

Like I said,

Check codes.
Check Ignition (Cap, Rotor, Plugs, Plug Wires etc)
Check Fuel Pressure & Fuel Filter.
If you still cant get it take it to a Honda Guru like CRT Racing etc.

A code guide can be found here:

I took off the cap and checked the rotor, it was a little rough but not warn. I did tighten it as hard as i could without striping the screw. I also tightend the cap screws. After that, it ran fine all day long. thanx again for all of your help! NO BOGGING!!!!!
