Default b18a vs b18b head

what is the major difference? so far from what i know is the b cams are more agressive. but as far as other internals and air flow is there a difference?

If you are thinking in terms of airflow the price won't be worth the price of a new head gasket and the time to change it. ?If you have the newer intake manifold then you just about made up all the flow difference between the heads.

well its not the fact of swapping it or not. see right now im using the A head and the B head is sitting. well ive decided not to go vtec and try to make a mean ass ls. well right now i feel i could use a bit more than 7000 rpm but to go past it safely i have to get some work done and i might as well use the B head since its sitting there and i wont have to take mine off and be fucked without a car. i just wanted to see if the newer head flowed better and if it did by how much.

Use the spare "B" head for a port and polish job.

just take your time and build up the B head, and when you have everything done that you want with it then swap the heads. just will save you alot of hassle of taking the head on their now apart whenever you want to to an upgrade.
