Question Motor work

I have to get some work done to the teg soon, actually real soon 'cause the car is not running.
I moved here from Baltimore a year ago (where I got the work done) and now I need to find a trustworthy place to have this stuff done. Step one is getting the motor some new rings. The block's bored over and the only place I can think to take it is the Honda dealer. Will they even do the work I need? I also have to get a new flywheel put in because the JUN that I have has teeth that are coming off and now it won't always start. Any help will do

Yes, the dealor will do practally anything (rebuild, replace, etc), but will ass-rape you with the labor and the cost of oem parts. Id take it Secret Services.

hey cronic, you do tuning too? cause I got a adj fuel regulator and it's puching like 50 PSI and I was informed that it's running rich (that's what the meter says) and I can't figure out how to get the fuel pressure down to something reasonable.
