Check connections, bulbs, fuses and switch (under the pedal). If bulbs and fuses are good the switch might be bad. Not sure if these go on hondas but I have had the switch go bad on other cars.

the switch is off the pedal. at the top of the pedal look for a switch that has a couple wires going to it. it might be loose or just hangin there.

take your foot off the brake pedal... j/k, after that check the wires leading to the pedal like eveyone else said. Also the switch behind the pedal could be jamed.

There is a switch behind the pedal and there is a plastic plug thats on the pedal itself...without the plastic plug on the pedal the switch goes through the hole on the pedal and ur brake lights stays on all the time.....the plastic plug just broke....go to honda or acura you can get one for around $3-$5....
