Default Car won't start

My 93 civic won't start. You can hear the motor turning .Everyhting seems fine. The battery seems to be working. My fuel preassure gage is not recording any preassure and I don't smell any gas. I belived the problem will be the fuel pump or maybe the mail releay. Any suggestion of what could it be?
Thank you

Jorge
