Do you know what variables they changed with that chip? They tend to over advance timing maps and fuel maps, you can never run nitrous or boost with these chips.

They are a bad idea. IMHO.

because it is the easy way out... it doesnt tune your car well at all... it is a cookie cutter disign that was good for one car... this is not spandex one size does NOT fit all... you need something that you can program...

I believe keith hit it on the head.

Some of these chips are designed for insane applications and do nothing but elimiate redline, and speedlimiter, advance your timing to just before you begin to detonate and dump fuel that you do not have increasing your injectors to 100% which is a bad thing.

I got the Ebay "Feels" chip in my PR3 ECU, and its great! Mainly got it to get rid of the 115mph fuel cut off. One bad thing, I think I got the one without a revlimiter, so I got to be careful... accedetally got to 9K once... I have personally never had any problems with it at all.
