starting problems

Man i had this problem before i put my swap in...the car just won't turn over...what the fuck..man can someone please help me out...it tries to start but just won't bump over...i have a different ecu and distributopr than before and its still doing the same thing

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!!!
