help
I just had me valves redone and my head was warp so I had resurfesed. but the problem Im having is that I brought a head gasket and put it on then I had to take it off a couple of times, but anyway Im not building any commpression the needle just jumps up and down.the bottom end was just rebuilt also could this be because the head gasket is bad I also dont have the dowl pins so I dont know if that has anything to do with it. any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
thanks,
First off never reuse a headgasket!
How do u expect the head and block to line up the way theyre supposes to without dowel pins????
also, make sure the cam timing is not 180 degrees off.
and lastly by the looks of it, who ever built the motor doesnt seem to know what theyre doing, seeing that they didnt use the dowel pins, so im gonna ask a really stupid question....did u use pistons rings???
