No Spark To Distributor
Alright, my car is dead, and it's getting no spark to the distributor. Tried changin the distributor with another one. Still no spark. When trying to start the car, engine cranks, sounds like it want's to start, but not gettin nowhere. But I have been searchin around on this forum reading on what other peeps have been doin. I'm gonna check to see if the fuel pump is workin. What's weird, is that prior to the car officially takin a shit on me. The car began to run weird, the check engine likght came on, and when you tap the gas pedal and the revs hit about 1500. The engine hesitates, kinda like there's a rev limit to only 1500. But when you give it more gas, the car will rev higher but will run very hard. When you let off the gas, will drop rpm's hard and jerk the car as well. This problem was intermittent up until this point, and it was spaced about 6 months apart. The check engine light would come on everytime, but it would clear on it's own, and the car would run fine. Now, one of the things that one of my friends said, it might the crank angle sensor, because he said that if that sensor doesn't work, the distributor won't fire. Now I have a '97 Teg Geezer with a swapped head (PR3 Si). It's obd 2, but I bought a obd2 to obd1 wiring harness, and I'm running a p28 chipped. I checked the spark plugs, and they have normal burns on them. IF anybody has run into this problem, or has seen this before, please, any possible solutions, or fixes would be appreciated...Thanx

And check it out at the shop, They're bringing my old ecu up as well, and were gonna check out the code, hopefully if the code is serious to flash on the dash without the obd2 code reader computer...but thatnx for all the help...
