Alex, the link does not work.
A 50 trim, t3/t4 .63 a/r (might also want a stage 5 exhaust wheel) is what you will want for good streetable power. Unfortunatly ITR's have decently high compression, and with out GREAT tuning 5-6psi is all your going to be able to run safely.
I would definatly recomment getting hondata if your planning on sticking with stock internals.
If your building up, go with eagle rods, and lower (~10:1) forged pistons.
Keeping your compression a little high will help you make power out of boost, and keep that turbo spooling quicker.
EITHER WAY: Stick with Hondata. Call the number in my sig, talk to John.

What are your power goals? Like John/Vapor said you can get 300whp but I wouldn't take that motor (if it were my motor) over 290whp. If you are going to rebuild I would recommend 9.8:1 - 10.0:1 ENDYN pistons and Eagle or Probe rods (depending on your power goals once again). If you buy a Garrett turbocharger I would recommend the E housing 57 trim .63 A/R with upgraded 360 degree thrust bearings. Good luck man! Boost is going to be fun on the Arrrr.
