distributor problem

Default distributor problem

i have sohc vtec in my car 90 civic si. the dizzy has to be fully advanced for my car to run. but advancing it all the way it barely pulls to 6000 rpm. what can i do fuel/ ignition wise to solve my problems

do it right and wire the car to obd1 so you can use the distributor and ecu that was meant for that engine.
